Design Highlights

When designing new systems, we strive to meet ALL needs, whether those from upper-level managers through to specialized data entry clerks. Specifically:

  1. Reliable data - Extensive (usually invisible) validation means that only good information gets into the system. Comprehensive internal checking maintains the integrity of that data.
  2. Simple, flexible reports - Configuration is done by picking from pre-configured choices. This means that massive printouts are usually unnecessary (though you can even get those if you want them). Our own development tools let us add reports quickly and cost-effectively as new needs become evident.
  3. Quick, easy data entry - We concentrate on minimizing keystrokes during data entry, by using lots of look-up tables, repeating previous entries at one keypress, quick navigation tools and by using default values whenever possible. Our methods enhance entry clerk's work; they're not slowed down.
